It has become a tradition to do pranks on the last show of a tour, we did it with Pat McGee, with Locksley, and Since Chicago was the last show that Dave Barnes was playing on this tour we had to keep the tradition going.

The first thing we did was Tie up Dave’s tour manager. He was standing by the monitor desk trying to keep us from doing any pranks, a little gaf-tape and a chair and he was out of the picture.

The second thing we did was to turn on and off Dave’s CD in his monitors. Oh so funny.

The final thing we did was to interrupt the last song with a sing-along version of the national anthem; it was election night after all.

Portland show

It was a really good show, and I don’t usually expect much from the first show on a tour. We played three of the five songs that are on the new "Take The Walk EP" and I think they were received well (considering this was the first time they had ever been played to the public). It was really nice to be back in Portland after five years of not playing here. I don’t think we will go that long again. Tomorrow Seattle, the home of Frasier Crane.

I am listening to it for the first time right now, and I am loving it! Much like Underneath Acoustic it is acoustic recordings of songs from their self-titled first album. They are a great band, that writes soled pop rock music. It is on iTunes, and both the acoustic and electric versions of the album are each only $5.99.
